Simulation
Besides standard mechanical FEM simulation, Hexcel can offer kinetical simulation for cure time prediction / quick resin advancement.
Testing
Hexcel’s testing capability offers various advantages to customers. This includes shortening of development time by supporting the generation of material data cards as well as reduction of costly optimization cycles at the customer through in-process control testing via dielectrical anylysis (DEA) to optimize cure cycles and processability.
Prototyping
To support development phases and small scale pre-serial phases Hexcel can support prototype manufacture in-house as well as through external partners.
